Quick drying rate
The drying time of each batch is about 2.5 hours, which greatly improves the yield of the unit, and the daily output can reach about 4.8 tons in normal conditions with the calculation of 640 barrels per batch.
Strong evaporation capacity
According to the current model test calculation, the evaporation capacity can reach 110kg/ h, higher than 74.9kg/ h of the rf machine, and much higher than the traditional hot air dryer.
Low energy consumption
The product adopts foreign advanced technology, the use of the hot air circulation system and excellent heat preservation and heat insulation measures, main motor USES frequency conversion control, heating use proportion type automatic control valve, the heat and power consumption to a minimum.The steam consumption is kept below 200kg/ h (equivalent to 0.9t of steam/ton yarn) and consumes 55KW(15KW x 2)/ hour (equivalent to below 175KWH/ ton yarn), which greatly reduces the cost of drying the yarn.
